Elisabeth Baumholzer
Home economics diploma, consultant, tutor and manageress in industrial cleaning organization. Has established time studies for old people’s homes, hospitals, office buildings and schools, as well as glass and frame cleaning. Recently developed instructions for cleaning staff. Years of experience at home and abroad. Has among other things been responsible for cleaning staff canteens, complete camp sites, and other units of all sizes. Offers courses and training events in Germany and acts as consultant to organizations also in other countries.

Daniel Berti
Born 1952 in Zurich. Studies in History of Art, Archaeology and Anthropology. Archaeological excavations in Switzerland, Sudan, Jemen and Egypt. In 1996 Masters degree of social sciences at the University of Prague. Since 1997 Consultant and trainer in Facility Management, especially ecological cleaning and training. Benno Burghardt
Born 1961 in Ludwigsburg. State-certified disinfector, work systems designer (REFA) for industrial cleaning, certified quality examiner (NEN 2075). 17 years' practical experience in industrial cleaning (businesses, EUCOM and hospitals). Since 1995 freelance business consultant for the optimization of cleaning in buildings, quality standards and training of cleaning personel.

Mirela Faldey
Born 1969. Art therapy diploma, freelance sculptor. Involvement with Goetheanum Art Collection, models/sculptures, and repro art studio at the Muensterbauhuette, Basel.

Hans Dackweiler
Born in 1927. Young years determined by the war.
Sculptor in wood and stone, from 1956 Waldorf teacher and from 1964 social worker. From 1970 in Lautenbach village community.

Michaela Gloeckler, MD
born 1946. Studied medicine. Training as paediatrician at Herdecke Commu-nity Hospital and Bochum University Hospital. Paediatrician and school doctor for ten years. From 1988, leader of the Medical Section at the Goetheanum, School of Spiritual Science, Dornach/Switzerland. Lectures given at home and abroad. Numerous publications, incl. A Guide to Child Health (with W. Goebel).

Wolfgang Held (43) has three daughters. Works in the cultural field and is responsible for communications at the Goetheanum, giving courses and talks on scientific subjects. Editor of annual Star Calendar. Regular publications on issues relating to life and astronomy.

Prof. Elke Huth
Born 1942. Applied Sciences College, Hamburg 1972 – 2006.
Main focus on creating sound working conditions in home economics.

Sabine Kirsch
Born in Kiel in 1955, married, two grown-up children. Teaches English and art. Worked at Camphill in UK, also with children and young people in the Christian Community. Trained to teach religion. 2005 - 2007, project leader, cleaning George School for ‘abeja - Service and Integration’ initiative. From August 2007, her own independent cleaning initiative at George School.

Paeivi Lappalainen
Coworker in a Finnish Camphill community for many years. From 1992 at the Goetheanum. She is especially concerned with development issues in homes for the elderly and with care for the dying.
Initiator of first Life in Death conference.

Peter Malaise
Born in Antwerp in 1946. In 1976, established META Association, Europe’s first ecological washing and cleaning products manufacture. World-wide lecturing and teaching activities. Several publications. www.ecover.com

Michael Mattstedt
Born in 1965. Building biology (clay buildings). From 1998, customer service, Lichtmatri products; lectures on healthy living accommodation, drinking water, cleaning and care.

Petra Neisse
Age 50, mother, Waldorf teacher, head of Chiemgau Waldorf kindergarten.
Counselling parents, household and family management, awareness of living spaces. Tutorials on pleasure in life and quality of life.

Prof. Gabriele Perger
Studied medicine from 1972 to 1984. Trained in vocational medicine. Many years in scientific centres and control board. From 2006, locum prof. in vocational sciences in Hamburg. Focus for many years on medical protection at work, assessment of vocational diseases, risk assessment, vocational skin diseases and prevention, mental stress at work.

Klaus Saelzer
Born 1964, trained as electrical fitter, studied electronics and business management IHK. Founder and board member of Kilianstaedten Waldorf kindergarten. Trained as Waldorf teacher. Founder and board member, Haus des Kindes e.V. (early training) 2001 - 2005. Manager, AKS Gesellschaft fuer Glas, Gebaeude- und Fassadenreinigung (cleaning firm for external pat of buildings), Schoeneck, similar in Berlin from 2000, and manager of ksnetland firm from 2005. Coaching training TRIGON, Vienna, in 2007.

Catherine Ann Schmid
Born in Stuttgart, From 1995 actress and lecturer in speech and drame. Stage management from 2003. Head of school of speech and drama at the Goetheanum. 

Marcus Schneider
Head of Anthroposophical Teachers’ Training Academy in Dornach and chairman of Paracelsus Branch in Basel. Author, musician, trainer.

Veronika Schröter
Veronika Schroeter, own practice as messie adviser from 2001, is a qualified geriatric carer and tutor in that field, teacher for young people and home teacher, has studied art therapy and is currently training as an NQMP in psychotherapy. Mechthild Theilmann
Born in 1962, two children at school. Studied languages, painting and art therapy. At the Goetheanum from 2002, initially guided tours and reception, and from the autumn of 2007 in the Fine Arts Section.

Linda Thomas
Born in South Africa in 1953. Founded her own ecological cleaning firm from 1988. In charge of facility management at the Goetheanum, Dornach. Lecturer, course tutor and consultant services at home and abroad. Initiator of Cleaning Conferences at the Goetheanum.

Inge van der Ploeg
Born 1955 in Friesland. 11 years as a gym teacher, co-worker in the drug rehabilitation institute Arta, and founding of the Housekeeping Bureau and the Efficiency Bureau. Tidy-up-consultant in Holland for private homes and businesses. Publication: „Clear the Clutter – make space for your Life“

Katharina Zaugg, MA
Ethnologist and author well known from the media, has been investigating postmodern cleaning behaviour for 20 years. Runs a threefold enterprise concerned with attentive cleaning culture - Die Mitenand Putzen GmbH (Ltd Co.), KaZaugg Cleaning School and Zaugg Verlag publishing house.
Author of cleaning trilogy Recipes for Cleaning with DVD, Wellness as you clean (in German), "Reinkultur" (in German).
